Best and Worst of IPL

After spending close to two months following IPL, I have few things still remaining in my mind. Its just my opinion :) So feel free to pour your opinion too.

Abbreviations Used:
Bangalore Royal Challengers: BRC, Delhi Daredevils: DD, Kings XI Punjab: KP, Mumbai Indians: MI, Chennai Super Kings: CSK, Deccan Chargers: DC, Kolkata Knight Riders: KKR, Rajasthan Royals: RR

Best and Worst

Jersey:
Worst- KKR,Surely KKR have the worst jersey as it makes them look weird with golden helmet and golden pads, especially those golden helmets on their head looks like they are wearing some kitchen utensil.

Best- CSK, may be I am influenced by the yellow color, which is owned by Aussies

Attitude:

Worst- Harbhajan was close to take away this title for slapping his teammate, but with due apologies to Harbhajan Singh, was Vijay Mallya. He paid big money for a team he later said he didn't believe in, and spoke out publicly against his captain and his players halfway through the tournament.

Best- This is the continuation of the above scenario, Rahul Dravid behaved with dignity and batted beautifully, despite of Mallya's behaviour and even as his team stumbled its way through the tournament, as happens in sport.

Team Name:

Worst- Mumbai Indians is not a good name for an IPL team because you are having so many foreign names in the list. Do you think the name Indian would motivate any of the foreign players?

Best- Daredevils suits to the image of the Delhi players like Sehwag, Gautam, Malik, Dhawan etc

Fielding:

Worst- BRC

Best- PK

Batting:

Worst- Yuvaraj, what happened to him, he never delivered when needed the most.

Best- Marsh, he is made for 20 20

Bowling:
Worst- Murali, lot expected

Best- Tanvir, least expected

Captain:

Worst- Laxman, he did not talk to players, actually he never spoke to himself.

Best- There is a TIE here, Warne for the way he glued the entire team and Dhoni for his ICE COOL attitude

Worth $$$:

Worst- Its Easy, DC
Best- Its Very Easy, RR

Interesting, but I have to disagree with you on Fielding.

Nice Obervations, I totally agree with you on captains remarks.

Well, had it not been for SRK and the heavy marketing for the Knight Riders, I (a non-cricket person) would've surely not known about this IPL. Secondly, I heard gold plated and gold leaves and motifs are back...from the 60's. So...Knight Riders are riding on track!
